Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F. 

2. Pour mix into a large bowl and add 12oz. of soda or any carbonated beverage. Mix (do not over mix) and pour into a greased loaf pan.

3. Bake for 60-65 minutes.

4. Remove from pan and brush whole loaf with 2 tablespoons real butter, melted. 

5. Cool before cutting.
