The easiest and fastest way to contact us is by calling our phone number at (616) 796-8844. After a few rings, you will be asked which extension you would like to be transferred to. Press option 1 for our Order and Fulfillment team, they will be able to answer any questions about your online or app orders. Press option 2 to reach our store location off of Chicago Drive, in Holland, MI. They will also be able to answer any questions regarding orders or any merchandise pertaining to that store location. Press option 3 for our Downtown Holland store location for any inquiries regarding that location. Option 4 will be our Byron Center store location. They will be able to help with any order questions or questions regarding transferring of orders to Byron Center.
